Recently, Jiangxi Zhonglu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CJIC, has won the bid for the renovation project of the Jiaxiu Hotel (formerly the Guling Hotel) in Lushan.

The project is located on Zhengjie Street in Guling Town, Lushan City. The main construction scope includes the renovation of the three above-ground floors of Guling Hotel and Jiaxiu Hotel, covering areas such as the main building, villa guesthouses, restaurants, and staff dormitories. The renovation involves comprehensive upgrades, including interior refurbishment, exterior facade remodeling, structural safety improvements, fire protection system enhancements, and outdoor landscape optimization. The construction period is set at 210 days.
