On March 10, Zhang Jian-an, Chairman and President of CJIC, met with Benin's Vice President Mariam Chabi Talata. 

H.E. Vice President Talata warmly welcomed Zhang Jian-an and his delegation. She noted the frequent and promising economic and trade cooperation between Benin and China. The Beninese government is committed to improving infrastructure and advancing education, particularly in critical areas such as water conservancy and agricultural facilities, where China has extensive experience. She stressed that high-quality project execution is key to the sustainable development of foreign enterprises in Benin. She expressed hope that Jiangxi International would effectively implement its ongoing projects, fully demonstrating its organizational capabilities and comprehensive strength to secure more market opportunities through strong performance while creating local employment opportunities. 

Chairman Zhang thanked the Beninese government for its support. He stated that honoring contracts and maintaining credibility are core principles of the company. The company is committed to fulfilling its obligations, completing projects to high standards, actively undertaking social responsibilities, and enhancing the skills of local employees while creating more jobs. He expressed the company's dedication to establishing a long-term presence in Benin, striving for greater development, and contributing to Benin's rapid economic and social progress.
