From September 14 to 18, Zhang Jian'an, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, investigated and guided the work in Ghana. He emphasized that we shall regard Ghana as a core market in West Africa, thoroughly implement the spirit of the Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, constantly improve the market development ability and project management level, promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the company in the market, radiate and drive the coordinated and efficient development of regional markets in West Africa.

During the Mid Autumn Festival, a traditional festival of the Chinese nation, Zhang Jian'an went to the front line overseas to visit the cadres and workers who have been working hard on the front line of construction of the "the Belt and Road" for a long time, and shared the Mid Autumn Festival with all the staff of Ghana Office. During their research in Ghana, Zhang Jian'an and his delegation paid a visit to the Chinese Ambassador to Ghana and the Counsellor of the Commercial Office. They also met with Collins, the Director of the Ghana High level Highways Authority, and visited projects taken over by clients such as the Cape Coast Sports Stadium that the company had constructed in Ghana. They conducted in-depth research on ongoing projects such as the Ghana Eastern Corridor Road funded by Africa Development Bank and the Accra Municipal Integration Project, visited some Chinese peer enterprises in Ghana, and chaired a symposium for the Ghana office.

During his stay in Ghana, Zhang Jian'an also had discussions and exchanges with Chinese counterparts such as China Gansu International Hualong Ghana Group and China National Building Materials Ghana Branch, exchanging business development experience and sharing development opportunities.

Directors from relevant departments of the company and the Ghana office accompanied Chairman in the research activities.
