On 18th October 2022, the signing ceremony of the I-block and T-block project of the Technical University of Kenya was held. Francis Aduol, vice Chancellor of the Technical University of Kenya, and CJIC's representative in Kenya signed business contracts on behalf of both parties.

The two block project of the Technical University of Kenya is located in the campus of Nairobi. It is mainly to build a comprehensive lecturing block with two floors underground and 17 floors above the ground, along with a 7-floor lecturing building, an auxiliary building for the school hospital and outdoor works.
