Chairman Zhang Jian An delivering a speech at China (Jiangxi)-Africa Investment Promotion Conference

The Second China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo was held in Changsha, Hunan Province from 26 to 29 September 2021, Yang Jiechi, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, attended the Expo and made his remarks. Zhang Jian An, Chairman and President of CJIC, attended the Expo with Jiangxi’s delegation.

China (Jiangxi)-Africa Investment Promotion Conference was held during the Expo, Zhang Jian An concluded CJIC’s engagement in Eight Actions of China-Africa Cooperation in three aspects: first, CJIC has always been committed to improving infrastructure in Africa via delivering a large number of vital engineering projects; second, CJIC is prioritizing investment cooperation in Africa by facilitating Jiangxi Multi-Facility Economic Zone (Zambia), developing renewable energy projects in Africa and executing foreign investment projects; third, CJIC is a socially responsible corporate that has been dedicated to high quality projects and work force localization, it has also joined the global response to COVID-19 pandemic.
