Main Structure of Jiangxi International's Chanson Apartment Project in Lubumbashi, DRC Successfully Topped Out

Recently, the main structure of the Chanson Apartment Project in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), undertaken by Jiangxi International, was successfully topped out. This milestone marks the completion of the project's major structural works and the official transition to the interior finishing and supporting facilities installation phase.
Since construction commenced, the project has encountered various challenges, including difficult foundation works during the rainy season and a complex external environment. To ensure smooth project execution, the project team adopted a well-coordinated construction plan, optimized resource allocation, refined the coordination of construction procedures, and strictly implemented safety and quality management requirements together with dedicated measures for rainy-season construction.Through the concerted efforts of all project personnel, the team successfully overcame these challenges and completed the structural construction efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
