President William Ruto has recently inspected the Limuru 480-unit Affordable Housing Project, a development under construction by China Jiangxi International. He was accompanied by Cabinet Members, Ministers, and Members of Parliament during the visit, which drew coverage from several local mainstream media outlets.

Ruto walked through the site to review construction progress, quality standards, and safety measures. He praised the steady pace of work, calling the project a landmark  in his administration’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA). The president said the housing scheme will not only provide homes for local families but also create jobs and support small businesses.

Since breaking ground, our company has pledged to uphold strict standards of safety, environmental protection, cost management and sustainability to ensure the project is delivered to a high standard.

The president’s visit was seen as recognition of our company’s track record in Kenya. Looking ahead, we will continue working to complete the project efficiently with high standards, help more families achieve their dream of home-ownership and contribute to local social and economic development.
