Mozambique Minister of Transport and Logistics Inspects Three Municipal Road Projects in Matola

On September 3, João Matlombe, Minister of Transport and Logistics of Mozambique, and his delegation inspected the Three Municipal Road Projects in Matola undertaken by us. They conducted on-site research and discussions regarding the project's construction progress, functional facility layout, and subsequent implementation plans.


After listening to reports on the project's progress and overall construction arrangements, Minister Matlombe highly recognized the current pace and quality of the work. He particularly acknowledged the company's efforts in overcoming construction challenges and accelerating the timeline. He emphasized that as a core transportation hub project in the capital metropolitan area, the completion of these roads will effectively alleviate regional traffic congestion, optimize public transportation quality, and enhance overall urban operational efficiency. The project is of critical significance for improving local livelihoods and supporting coordinated regional economic and social development. He expressed hope that CJIC would continue to uphold high standards in construction to ensure the project benefits the public as soon as possible.


The three municipal road projects in Matola, Mozambique, are key initiatives for upgrading transportation infrastructure in the capital metropolitan area. Upon completion, the projects will further improve the public transportation network between Maputo and the Matola region. Not only will they enhance travel efficiency and reduce socio-economic costs caused by traffic congestion, but they will also greatly facilitate local production and daily life, injecting new momentum into the sustainable development of the capital metropolitan area.
